MINUTES OF FULL COMMITTEE MEETING
Tuesday 19th June 2007

3. Minutes Arising from the Last Meeting
Ice Skating
? Great success CC thanks to all who helped
? HC to advise of profit made
Quiz Night
? Another success, again thanks to all members who helped before, during and after the event
? Again HC to advise of profit made

4. Summer Fun Day - 7th July
? Making Meeting at Allyson next Tuesday (26th) from 7.30pm onwards
? Thanks to JJ for arranging the Programme Competition
Stalls
? No Quik Pics Stall as Polaroid cameras do not work
? Jack & the Beanstalk on a washing line. Jelly beans or a small gift as prizes
? Snow Whites Poisoned Apples in trays. CC to order apples from Jansel Sq
? SL to ask Mrs Capstick (BC) to arrange her tom bola
? Hercules Football to run Score a Goal stall - 100% of proceeds to School, PTA to provide prizes
? Fire Engines confirmed
? Ice Cream Van 20% of proceeds to School although may be reduced to 10% if a cold day
? MB designing spinner and to decide on the size. CC to check if we have one in the cupboard
? Mr & Mrs Prajapati ? 10% to School
? Phoenix Cards, Virgin V, Body Shop, JJ Jewels & Osborne Books - £15 plus a raffle prize for a stall
? Mr & Mrs Bitmead to have a wood carving tent
Food
? CC confirmed we are having a BBQ. Mrs Rhead and Mrs Platt have agreed to be on the BBQ
? LR pricing up meat from Parton Road and from a second butcher
? JV husband to provide lunches boxes by Tuesday 26th June if possible
Arena Events
? Mix 96 comparing
? Fun For Kids - 50/50 split of proceeds
Miscellaneous
? CT to check Tony Howarth still ok to get tents
? Derek Flint confirmed re St Johns Ambulance
? David Elliott, Kerry Hyde, Sarah Robertson, Richard Shearer and Warren Barton have all confirmed they are applying for Match Funding
? SL to ask BC to ask Junior School if we can borrow their Tug of War rope and BBQ and also if the Main Junior School gates can be open for the Fire Engines etc
? CT to text Trevor Room the Carpet Cleaning man that we need his advert by 22nd June

? Bob Ferguson the Licensing Enforcement Officer has confirmed that we are ok to hold a second Race Night in the same year as long as it is not for personal gain
? Race company booked and deposit paid
7. Indulgence Evening ? 9th November
? CC has begun booking stalls
8. AOB
? Bulb order sheet received from CD Bell but committee have decided to do an order in September when there is more choice of plants
? Glossary of terms to be sent out by CT to all pupils in September and then at the beginning of each term to new entrants. Copy attached for members perusal
? PTA night out set for 19th July at the Plough 8pm
